The Foundations of Eating Disorders: 2 Weeks Access

The Foundations training provides you with a basic understanding of eating disorders.

This is the first module of the Eating Disorder Inpatient Management training program and is offered to all health professionals for free.

This training provides relevant professional development in the area of eating disorders suitable for Medical Practitioners, Nurses, Dietitians, Psychologists and other allied health professionals.

This training can be completed at your own pace and will take approximately 1 hour to complete.

This eLearning training includes expert videos, interactive exercises, quizzes and resources.

  2. Identify risk factors for developing an eating disorder
  3. Recognise the starvation response
  4. Explain the importance of a collaborative approach to treatment
  5. Explain the importance of involving carers and families in treatment
